Memory Poem

Nelson creek
Remember
Driving to Nelson Creek on a hot day
The leather seat burning your arm
Arriving in your board shorts
Diving into the cold water
Going to the top of the cliff
Butterflies in your stomach
Feeling nervous and excited
Jumping off and feeling the water hydrate your skin
Going under in excitement

    THAT WAS NELSON CREEK

  2. Hi Reid
This reminded me so much of going to Nelson Creek. You may not believe this but I have jumped off that bank! There was a big splash!!!
Love it so keep it up! Would love to hear about those pesty wasps who hang around in Nelson Creek.
Thanks for the memory... Mrs O
